A.) The Company:
KMN Company was established in 2012 as a partnership and is the only approved and certified
distributor of Petro-Canada lubricant products. The main activity of the company
is trading in high quality specialized oil and greases. Our goal is to provide a
cost effective solution for our clients and to prolong the life of their
equipment and machinery. It is also very important for us as a company to be
responsible for the ecological environment in Egypt since our products reduce
pollution and unhealthy emissions.
B.) KMN Owners:
KMN is a partnership company between Mr. Khalil Abdul-Baki and Mohamed Wahba. Both partners went for intensive
technical training of Petro-Canada products and they were awarded the
Platinum Certification from Petro-Canada which was a prerequisite to receive
Petro-Canada Distributor Agreement.

Khalil Abdul-Baki
is an American citizen with Lebanese origins and is the CEO of KMN and is on the
Board of Directors of 3 companies in UAE. He had his Masters degree in MBA and
his B.S. Engineering degree from the U.S.A. and has worked with very prestigious
international corporations such as General Motors.
Mohamed Wahba
is an Egyptian citizen and is the Managing Director of KMN and is responsible for
all the managerial and operational decisions.
He is a lubricants specialist and has an experience over the specialty lubricants
field in UAE more than 12 years,

highly trained and certified in UAE & Spain
for demonstrating lubricants capabilities and presenting the full range of
Petro-Canada products, he was awarded Platinum plus Certification from
Canada as an authorized lubricants representative on the spot.
B.) Petro-Canada:
For over 50 years, Petro-Canada lubricants have
researched, developed and produced more than 350 world-class advanced
lubricants, specialty fluids and greases that deliver greater purity,
durability, multi-functionality and performance. Other world oil producers buy
Petro-Canada base oil due to its high purity. Petro-Canada has a world-class
refinery in Mississauga, Ontario – Canada which has an annual capacity of over a
billion liters per year. Petro-Canada is also known to be the world’s largest
producer of pharmaceutical white oils.
Today, Petro-Canada is a Suncor Energy business
entity and owns more than 1,800 petrol stations primarily in North America.
Suncor Energy is the largest energy company in Canada and among the top 5
in North America. In 2011 its Net Asset was worth $74 billion with over $4
billion in Net Earnings. Currently, Suncor Energy produces around 550,000
barrels of oil per day and it is expected to surpass 1 million barrels by 2020.
