CLEANING GREASE FOR BEARINGS USING XL-0715/002
XL-0715/900 Is a solvent containing grease designed to loosen and rejuvenate bearings that have
residual or dried XL-0715/002.
XL-0715/900 has been formulated with the same synthetic PAO base oil as the XL0715 to provide
superior lubrication as it cleans bearings.
N.B. Due to the thixotropic and cleansing properties of the XL-0715/900 certain
precautions must be taken not to over lubricate bearings Apply XL-0715/900
with the same equipment used for XL-0715/002. Inspect bearings after
lubricating and observe old grease as it is forced out and determine the
‘cleaning’ cycle. Use only enough XL-0715/900 to
clean bearing then return application toXL-0715/002
