100% SYNTHETIC GRAPHITE PASTE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES

XL-0723 is a stable compound containing 100% synthetic high molecular weight hydrocarbon
oils and sub-micron graphite powder as well as other performance-enhancing
additives, designed for extremely high-temperature applications where
conventional greased will not perform.

XL-0723 as been specifically formulated in bushing and ‘steel wheel’ applications where
boundary lubrication is critical.

XL-0723’s unique formulation is designed to allow for the slow evaporation of the oil
component of the grease leaving a fine solid lubricating film of graphite and
other performance enhancing additives. This film will continue to protect metal
surfaces against friction and oxidation in between lubrication cycles.

NOTE : to determine the optimum greasing intervals it is essential to monitor the
condition of the grease with consideration of the predicted evaporation of the
oil component of the grease.
