XL-0863
ODOURLESS FOOD GRADE CIRCULATING OIL
XL-0863 series
of heat transfer oils are products with a high specific heat formulated to
meet all the specific requirements of hot oil circulating systems operating
at temperatures of up to 320°C in closed systems, and 210°C in open systems.
This series is blended from highly refined base stocks, which are colorless,
tasteless, and odorless. All are water white, (saybolt colour +30) and meet
USP cloud and acid tests.
XL-0863 conforms
to the following Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) CFR regulations:

The XL-0863 series
also conform to FDA 21 CFR178.3620(b)(i)&(ii), 21 CFR573.680 requirements
and are classified as USDA H1 lubricants.
XL-0863 contains
special additives that retard oxidation, protect metallic surfaces against
rust and corrosion, prevent air entrapment, and reduce foam.
