100% SYNTHETIC GRAPHITE LUBE
FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES
XL-0870 is a tacky stable 100% synthetic high-temperature fluid containing a super-fine
colloidal dispersion of graphite of the highest purity.
XL-0870 is non-carbonizing, non-sludging, non-varnishing, and can be used up to 8,000 hours
in enclosed circulating systems.
At high temperatures, the fluid component of XL-0870 will
slowly evaporate leaving a fine residue of graphite that forms a solid film
boundary lubricant. This will ensure complete protection of components from
oxidation and corrosion during shut downs, while minimizing power peaks at
initial start-ups.
XL-0870 is recommended for high temperature chain conveyors, Tenter chains, glass tempering
ovens, embossing machinery, steel & foundry conveyors, bushings, etc.
