SYNTHETIC PAG CHAIN OIL WITH MOLYBDENUM
FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES
XL-0875 is a stable 100% synthetic high temperature Polyalkalene Glycol (PAG) fluid
containing a super fine colloidal dispersion of Molybdenum and other performance
additives.
XL-0875 isnon-carbonizing , non sludging, non varnishing, and can be used up to 8,000 hrs
in enclosed circulating systems as long as the oil component remains in the
liquid phase.
At high temperatures, the fluid component of XL-0875 will
slowly evaporate, leaving a fine residue of Molybdenum that forms a solid film
boundary lubricant. This will ensure complete protection of components from
oxidation and corrosion during shut-downs, while, due to the boundary lubricant
(molybdenum), minimizing power peaks at initial start-ups.
XL-0875 is recommended for high temperature chain conveyors, tenter chains, glass tempering
ovens, embossing machinery, steel and foundry conveyors, bushings etc.
