100% SYNTHETIC PAG OIL WITH GRAPHITE
FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES
XL-0877 is a stable 100% synthetic high-temperature Polyalkalene
Glycol (PAG) fluid
containing a super-fine colloidal dispersion of graphite and other performance
additives.
XL-0877 is non-carbonizing, non-sludging, non-varnishing, and can be used up to 8,000 hrs
in enclosed circulating systems as long as the oil component remains in a liquid
phase.
At high temperature, the fluid component of XL-0877 will
slowly evaporate, leaving a fine residue of graphite that forms a solid film
boundary of lubricant. This will ensure complete protection of components from
oxidation and corrosion during shut-down, while, due to the boundary lubricant
(graphite), minimizing power peaks at initial start-ups.
XL-0877 is recommended for high-temperature chain conveyors, tenter Chains, glass tempering
ovens, embossing machinery, steel & foundry conveyors, bushings, etc.
