ESTER-BASED HYDRAULIC FLUID
XL-5268 is formulated with synthetic saturated ester base oil, as well as additives to
protect against wear, corrosion, and degradation.
XL-5268 has
several advantages. The synthetic base oil gives this fluid an exceptionally
long life, which reduces total oil consumption and also prevents unnecessary oil
changes and costly downtime. XL-5268 is
also resistant to oxidation at high temperatures and has exceptional
high-pressure characteristics. This, combined with its low pour point, makes XL-5268 an
ideal choice for applications covering a wide range of temperatures.
XL-5268 is
classified PW1.
It is quickly and completely decomposed by soil- and water-borne microorganisms,
and has no impact on the environment.
