SYNTHETIC METALWORKING FLUID FOR NONFERROUS

METALS

XL-5306 is a water-based metalworking fluid developed especially to provide excellent
extreme pressure and corrosion protection for non-ferrous metals including: aluminum, brass,
bronze, copper and nickel.

XL-5306 provides anti-wear and lubricity characteristics and imparts good surface finishes to
machined parts. In slide-way, drawing, and worm gear applications, XL-5306 provides
the necessary friction modification.

XL-5306 can be used in the following processes:

• Threading
