XL-6600

WATER BASED MOULD RELEASE NON-FLAMMABLE FOR ALUMINUM DIE CASTING

XL-6600 is a unique blend of long-chain lubricating polymers in an aqueous emulsion
that provides excellent adhesion and parting release to aluminum die-castings.

XL-6600 is smokeless, environmentally clean, and safe to use in enclosed areas.
Because it has no inherent flash point, this lubricant will not contribute to
fire risks in any production facility.

XL-6600 may
be applied by dip or spray, and will not interfere with subsequent painting
if normal cleaning procedures are employed. Die should be heated to 100°C prior
to, or
soon after, application to evaporate off the aqueous substrate.

XL-6600 has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture.

XL-6600 may be diluted up to 50/50 with water should a thinner coating thickness be
desired.
