XL-8345

NON-TOXIC WATER SOLUBLE KNITTING OIL

XL-8345 is a clear, water-emulsifiable non-staining lubricant designed for positive,
complete, and superior lubrication of needles, cams, and integrated components
of modern high speed knitting machinery.

XL-8345 contains anti-static agents that prevent the build-up of static electricity on most
fabrics. Static-free operation reduces thread breakage and increases
productivity.

XL-8345 is formulated from highly refined water-white lubricating base stocks coupled with
“state of the art” emulsifiers and surfactants resulting in a stable,
crystal-clear fluid with excellent rinse ability requiring minimal scouring
chemicals during subsequent dyeing and finishing operations.

XL-8345 is non-toxic, and will not cause adverse skin irritation from employees handling
this lubricant.

XL-8345 is available in standard viscosity grades, and can be packaged in 20-litre pails,
205-litre drums, or semi-bulk 1100-litre totes.
